Enthält: Heinrich Wilhelm Nölle zu Othlinghausen präsentiert vor Hogräf Hymmen Forderungen an die Erben des + Johann Tönnes Othlinghausen in Höhe von insgesamt 721 Rtlr. Die Forderungen setzen sich zusammen aus:
1. Sieben einzeln aufgeführte Schuldforderungen aus den Jahren 1708 bis 1741 in Höhe von 400 Rtlr., bestätigt am 18.Mai 1749 in Nölles "itzo vorzeigenden Buches".
2. Für den Neubau des Hauses (Lohn für Maurer-, Zimmer-, Steinbrecher- und Schreinerarbeiten; Lieferung von Brettern, Eisenwerk) 301 Rtlr.
3. Eine Buchschuld von 20 Rtlr.
Gegen 4 % Zinsen werden die Schulden hypothekarisch gesichert mit Zuziehung der Vormünder der Söhne des + Johann Tönnes Othlinghausen Arnold Borbert und Johann Georg Othlinghausen;
