Die occasione des in anno 1767 und 1771 erfolgten Absterbens der beiden gewesenen Reichsstadt Giengenschen Schupf-Lehens- und Gült-Höfe-Inhaber Hanß Jerg Keller und Johannes Maier zu Sontheim an der Brenz von Seiten bemelter Reichsstadt Giengen gegen das Oberamt Heidenheim behauptete Gerechtsame, daß die Astimation solcherlei Hofgüter einmal ohne vorherige Communikation mit ihrer und deren Einwilligung vorgenommen - nachdem Anschlag derselben bei den Inventuren und Abteilungen mit in die Berechnung genommen werden sollen, desgleichen die zwischen Giengen und dem diesseitigen Inhabern der Giengenschen Schupf-Lehen-Güter im Oberamt Heidenheim obgewaltete Irrungen.
