Enthält: Vor Johan van Mervelde, Richter zu Dülmen, erscheinen Magnus Balcke und seine Frau Engele, Bürger zu Dülmen, und verkaufen an Johan Balcke, Bruder des Magnus, Vikar an der Kollegiatkirche St. Ludgeri in Münster, eine am Sonntag Letare (4. Fastensonntag) zahlbare Rente von 1½ Rt für 30 Rt. Diese Rente von 1558 März 21 verkauften die Eheleute Ewald und Jutte Krusenstehen in Dülmen den Testamentsvollstreckern des Herrn Magnus Balcke für die von ihm und der Alke Bencke gezeugten Kinder namens: Magnus, Joest, Elsken und Catharina. Die Rente ist zahlbar aus ihrem Haus in Dülmen an der Münsterstraße zwischen Häusern Baltzar Berg und Peter Hillebrand. Die Eheleute Magnus Balcke verpfänden ihr Haus in Dülmen an der kleinen Burgstraße zwischen der Stiege nach der Tyber und dem Haus des Henrich Eggerdinck. Siegelankündigung des Richters. Zeugen: Herman Balcke und Henrich tom Hagen genannt Avenjohans. Ausf., Perg. 39,5 x 16,5 cm; Siegel komplett ab. Rückvermerk: Inhaltsvermerk (17. Jh.).
