Regest: Vor Schultheiß und Schöffen des Gerichts zu Nocher (Nochern) verkaufen die Eheleute Johannes Dusinck, Bürger zu Ernter (Ehrental) und Katherina dem Vikar im Stift zu Sant Gewere Konrad Fickart 1 Goldgulden Jahrzins oder 26 Rederalbus für den Gulden, zahlbar zu Weihnachten, für 20 rhein. Goldgulden, Münze der Kurfürsten bei Rhein, und geben als Unterpfand ihren Weingarten in der Hasenbach gegenüber der Hasenmüln über dem Bache (Anlieger beiderseits: Fryne Kochs Johannes Witwe); der Zins ist mit 20 Rhein. Goldgulden wieder abzulösen. Es siegelt das obengen. Gericht. Der geben ist in dem jare nach Cristi unsers Herrn geburt 1517 uff montag nach Sant Matheustag des heyligen Evangelisten. Org. XVI alb gethan, da myt abgeloßt VIII alb. sollen abgan von der halben marck, dye zubefur her Anthonius Woelen geben hait, also blipt an der halben marck V 1/2 alb. Dieser brieff gehort zu dem altar sp dye scheffen zu S. Gewer zu geben oder conferiren haben.
