Bestandsbeschreibung: Die Kirchengemeinde Fischbach, der die Filialgemeinden Georgweierbach und Kirnsulzbach zugeordnet sind, ist in der heutigen Form erst im Jahr 1821 entstanden. Ursprünglich hatte Fischbach zur Kirchengemeinde Niederwörresbach im hintersponheimischen Amt Herrstein gehört. Der wild- und rheingräfliche Ort Georgweierbach war hingegen eigenständige Pfarrei gewesen, während das zur gleichen Herrschaft gehörige Kirnsulzbach kirchlich von Kirn aus versorgt worden war. Die oldenburgische Regierung, die das Gebiet 1817 als Fürstentum Birkenfeld übernahm, hob die Georgweierbacher Pfarrstelle auf, machte stattdessen Fischbach zur eigenen Pfarrei und ordnete ihr auch die Filialgemeinde Kirnsulzbach zu, deren Muttergemeinde Kirn nun im preußischen Ausland lag. Der Bestand enthält aus der voroldenburgischen Zeit nur rudimentäre Überlieferung. Hier sind vor allem Unterlagen zu den Georgweierbacher Pfarrern, z. T. auch Lehrern, des 17. und 18. Jahrhunderts zu nennen. Auch die Grundstücks- und Rechnungssachen reichen bis ins 18. Jahrhundert zurück. Zwei Urkunden über Geldverleihgeschäfte stammen aus dem späten 16. Jahrhundert, eine Kirchenrechnung des Amts Herrstein aus dem Jahr 1608. Der Schwerpunkt des Bestandes liegt auf dem 19. und der ersten Hälfte des 20. The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person.
