Enthält: Die Schöffen von Erkelenz (Petrus Beeck und Matthias Roden) bekunden: Nachdem viele Jahre der t Landrentmeister Henrich de Grove und dessen Erben aus deren Hof und Ländereien zu Mennekrath ( -eraedt), früher deß Voessen hoff und guth genannt, 6 Malter Roggen Erkelenzer Maßes Erbpacht für eine jeden Donnerstag in der Kirche zu Erkelenz zu haltende Erbfrühmesse geliefert haben, die einst von Claeß Voeß von Mennekrath und dessen Frau Nieß zur Ehre Gottes und um ihres Seelenheils willen gestiftet worden war, verpflichten sich nun Davidt, Sohn Jobans van gen Hove, und dessen Frau Maria, 2 Malter Roggen als Teil der gen. Rente jährlich auf Remigiustag (Remeißdagh) [ 1 . Okt.] an den Vikar bzw. Bediener der Frühmesse zu liefern. Zum Unterpfand haben sie gesetzt 7 Morgen Land im Heghen Veldt, gelegen neben Land von Peter Buix und Peter van lsengraben und stoßend auf den Baseher Weg und Land von Cathrina van Kuilhuissen sowie belastet mit der dreißigsten Garbe.
