Enthält: Vor dem Willicher Schulmeister Thomas Steithoven erscheinen auf dem Borgerhof Ludger Hee und Arnold Burger als vom Linner Schöffengericht bestellte Vormünder von Arnold und Gertrud Borger, Kinder der verstorbenen Eheleute Pacificus und Esther Borger, und übergeben dem nunmehr großjährigen Arnold alle bewegliche und unbewegliche "gereide" des Borgerhofs für 625 Reichstaler. Davon muss er jährlich bis zur Tilgung der Summe 3 % als Rente an seine Schwester abführen. Zu ihrer Verheiratung ("wan sie solte zum stand kommen") hat er ihr eine Reihe von Geld- und Sachleistungen, freie Kost und Logis zu gewähren. Als Zeugen sind die Oheime Ludger Schrörs, Wilhelm Dicker, Michael Tillmans und Johann Löhr zugegen. Zwei Abschriften des Originals vom 4. Juli 1753, die erste Abschrift mit der Nr. 2 datiert vom 4. Juli 1807, die zweite Abschrift mit der Nr. 9 datiert vom 29. Juli 1807.
