Regest: Vor Schultheiß und Schöffen des Gerichts zu Sant Gewershusen bekennen Jacob Hoffman und Dönges Peters, Bürger zu Padesberg (Patersberg) und Vormünder der Kinder des +Jacob Beyers mit Namen Mergen, Gertrud und Melchior, jährlich zu Ostern 1 Gulden in S. Gewer im Spital dem Aufheber der Spitalgüter schuldig zu sein, wofür sie 20 Gulden entlehnt und ihrem Mitbruder Hansen zu Camp seine Güter zu Padesbergk mit Zustimmung des Oberamtmanns Junker Reinhart Schencken abgekauft haben, und setzen als Unterpfand ihre Güter zu Padesberg, nämlich 1 Summer Seethe auf dem Liescheiter Wege (Anlieger: oben Diel Hauerman, unten Liebmagd ihre Stiefmutter), 1 Summer Seeth am Weischeiter Wege (Anlieger: oben Diel Sauerloch, unten Cuntzen Hans) und einen Weingarten gen. der Fuchswingart (Anlieger: oben ihre Mutter Liebmagdt, unten Endres Padesbergen sel.
