Enthält: Bischof Johannes Tusculanus (Tusculum = Frascati bei Rom) aus der Diözese Toul/Lothringen, römischer Legat des päpstlichen Stuhles, verleiht Provinzial und den Prioren und Konventen der deutschen Dominikanerprovinz die Ermächtigung, unrecht erworbenes Gut bis zu 90 Mark Silber anzunehmen und es für die Kirchenfabrik, für Ornamente und Gottesdienst zu verwenden.
Dies gilt für die Fälle, daß der rechtmäßige Besitzer nicht ermittelt werden kann und daß dem Vorgehen keine anderweitige päpstliche Bestimmung eunter den Konventen zustehen. Ferner erteilt der Legat dem Provinziat, den Prioren und vier vom Provinzial bezeichneten Brüdern eines jeden Konventes Vollmacht zur Dispens von Gelübden etc.
