Enthält: Vor den Schöffen von Erkelenz (Matthias Roden und Johannes Haen) bekennt Meister Johan Breuwers für sich und seine Frau Engel, an die Testamentsexekutoren des Wilhelm Weiman [?] von Erkelenz [?] , Pastor zu Erkelenz, für die Armen der von diesem gestifteten Almosenstiftung eine jährliche Erbrente von 2 1/2 Goldgulden zu je 9 span. Silberrealen von je 3 1/2 brabant. Stübern, zahlbar St. Remigius [1 . Okt.], schuldig zu sein. Als Unterpfand setzt er Haus und Hof binnen Erkelenz an der Bellinghover Straße (uf der Bellichover straessen) zwischen den Häusern von Henrich Krisch und Johan von Gaugelt und hinten grenzend an das Erbe von Herman Fuirens Kinder. Die Ablöse erfolgt mit 50 Goldgulden und einer Jahresrente.
