Als Unterpfand setzt er Haus und Hof binnen Erkelenz an der Bellinghover Straße (uf der Bellichover straessen) zwischen den Häusern von Henrich Krisch und Johan von Gaugelt und hinten grenzend an das Erbe von Herman Fuirens Kinder. Die Ablöse erfolgt mit 50 Goldgulden und einer Jahresrente.
