Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: 1.) Der Zehnt zu Emsdorf [Stadtteil von Kirchhain, Lkr. Marburg-Biedenkopf] zwischen Burgholz und Erksdorf, als Mannlehen; 2.) die Hälfte des ganzen Zehnten zu Elmsdorf [Wüstung in der Gemarkung Emsdorf, Gem. Kirchhain, Lkr. Marburg-Biedenkopf]; 3.) der Hof zu Halsdorf [Ortsteil der Gem. Wohratal, Lkr. Marburg-Biedenkopf] sowie zwei dazugehörige Koten; 4.) eine Wiese, genannt die Samtwiese, mit ihrem Zubehör, Rechten und Nutzen, wie sie die 1458 Belehnten ehemals besessen hatten, zu rechtem Lehen. Die Güter werden genauso gefreit, wie es ehemals Landgraf Ludwig [I.] von Hessen getan hatte.
