Enthält: Ordner (ca. 200 Blatt) mit verschiedenen Dokumenten zur technischen Organisation diverser Konzerte. Offizielle Dokumente von Lippmann+Rau zur Ankündigung von Tourneen, Korrespondenzen mit den Managements der Künstler und Künstlerinnen (in Form von Briefen und von Telexen) und anderen Veranstaltern, aber auch technische Anweisungen zur Bühnentechnik. Vor allem prominent sind hier die Bühnenanweisungen, die den bereitgestellten Service, die Bewirtung der Musiker und Musikerinnen, der technischen Crew und andere wichtige Eckdaten der Konzertorganisation festhalten.
