"Der „President“ in New Orleans erfreut ganze Völkerstämme und das nicht, weil er so schön ist: Groß, stattlich und mit mächtig gewölbtem Bauch, sondern weil er sich darüber hinaus enorm nützlich macht. Er verbindet Kraft mit Charme, und außerdem verbindet er beide Ufer des Mississippi denn der President in New Orleans ist der größte und schönste Raddampfer in New Orleans. Der Präsident der Akademie hingegen ist keineswegs ein Raddampfer, obwohl auch er gemachtig dampfen kann, immer unter Druck steht stets zu neuen Ufern unterwegs ist. Er ist der größte Form und Pfadfinder in Raum und Zeit, ein Gestalt- und Ratgeber von höchsten Gnaden, kurzum der größte Scharoun aller Zeiten – so sehr wie Schule auch Schule macht. Ein Lied: den President von Njuh Orliehn den lieb ich sehr – den anderen aber in Berlin noch mehr Und von Herzen alles alles Gute! Ihr Werner Düttmann"
