Enthält: Vor den Schöffen des Dingstuhls zu Beeck bekunden Jaspair van Flasmart und seine Frau Tryne, gegen eine Summe zu Beeck gängigen Geldes an Wymmer van gen N aspen, Bürger zu Erkelenz, und dessen Frau Bele van der Hege eine Erbrente von 1 1/2 Mir. Roggen zu Beeck gebrauchten Maßes in trockenem, gutgeeichtem Pachtkorn, den Malter bis zu 2 Pfennig unter dem besten, verkauft zu haben, zu liefern jährlich am Allerheiligenabend [3 1 . Okt.] auf ihrem Hof tzo Flasmart im Beecker Kirchspiel . Zur Sicherheit stellen Jaspair und Tryne als Unterpfand ihren Hof mit allen Gebäuden und Zubehör wie Haus, Scheuer, Stallung zu Flasmairt, mit den Seiten grenzend an den Hof von Meweß Kindern und an das Feld auf Oeran zu, wovon im Säumnisfall Wymmer und Beel die Rente auspfänden können.
