Keßell zu Hackußen machen folgenden Tausch: Das Kloster überlässt dem Rittmeister sein diesem bereits verpachtetes Erbugt zu Broichuißen mit der Holzgerechtigkeit in der Richrader Mark. Der Rittmeister verzichtet dafür auf die ihm bisher jährlich zustehende Tonne Wein aus dem klösterlichen Wingert zu Lustorff, tritt 12 Morgen Artlands daselbst zwischen dem Baumgarten des Preceptors und der Straße ab und zahlt zwischen Bartholomäi und Remigii 25 Taler zu je 52 Albus gerechnet für einen Ohm Wein. Geschehen in Köln im vorgenannten Kloster auf des Preceptors großer Stube. Es unterschreiben der Generalpreceptor Johan von Gullicke, Engelbertus Artopaeus, Senior, Johann von der Becke, Rutger vom Boedelberg gen. Keßell, Loderich von Metternich zur Scherffe, Diderich Bisterfeldt, Dr., Philipp von Brachell, L(ic)., Wilhelm Stall, Bac(cal.?)

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number.
