Eröffnung im 08.1940; Unterbringung im Landeswerkhaus Moringen (Einrichtung des Oberpräs. der Provinz Hannover); Errichtung eines Barackenlagers im Jahre 1940; Aufnahmefähigkeit ca. 1 000 Zöglinge; 1944 mit 800 Zöglingen belegt; Insassen sind männliche Minderjährige im Alter von 16-21 Jahren (Durchschnittsalter 19-20); Lagerkommandant und Mitarbeiter sind SS-Führer; das Lager ist eine selbstständige Dienststelle der Sicherheitspolizei; fachliche Weisungen erfolgen durch das Reichskriminalpolizeiamt - Reichszentrale zur Bekämpfung der Jugenkriminalität. Aufgaben sind die Erziehung und Bewahrung der Zöglinge.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
