Judaica 17/354: Erzbischof Dietrich von Mainz bekundet, daß er den Juden David von Bacharach und dessen Ehefrau Pes zu seinen Judenbürgern aufgenommen habe. Sie sollen auf drei Jahre in Bingen und anderswo im Rheingau wohnen dürfen. Sie sollen das Pfandleihgeschäft in angegebenen Grenzen ausüben dürfen. Außerdem sollen sie nicht zu einem Darlehen gezwungen werden und in allen Rechtsstreitigkeiten vor dem Landschreiber im Rheingau zu Recht stehen.
