Die Eheleute Niclaes Lendicke und Elsa Heerde bekennen, daß sie Frantz Lettmate, fürstlich münsterischem Fiscal, 200 Reichstaler schuldig sind, wovon ihr Schwager Frantz Weßelinck 50 Reichstaler in Bezahlung ihres verkauften Anteils an Garten und Häusern in und vor Münster übernommen hat und sich darüber hinaus bereit erklärt, für die Bezahlung der restlichen 150 Rt. zu 9 Rt. jährlicher Pension als Bürge einzustehen. Damit er betr. diese Bürgschaft schadlos gehalten wird, setzen o. g. Eheleute ihr Hab und Gut als Unterpfand, insbesondere den Anteil, der ihnen durch Tod von Borchart Heerde d. J., Sohn ihres Schwagers Borchart, zugefallend ist.
