Damit er betr. diese Bürgschaft schadlos gehalten wird, setzen o. g. Eheleute ihr Hab und Gut als Unterpfand, insbesondere den Anteil, der ihnen durch Tod von Borchart Heerde d. J., Sohn ihres Schwagers Borchart, zugefallend ist.
