Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Otto Moritz Wolf von Guttenberg, kurfürstlich-mainzischer Hof- und Regierungsrat, bekundet, dass die Rentkammer des Klosters Fulda an seine Vetter, die Grafen von Berlepsch, für den Kauf des Adelsguts in Eichenzell gemäß des Kaufbriefs von 1699 November 10 [vgl. Nr. 2042 und Nr. 2043] 40000 Gulden, den Gulden zu je 60 Kreuzern und geliefert in einer Summe Frankfurter Albus, am Tag der Ausstellung dieser Quittung bar bezahlt hat. Otto Moritz quittiert der fuldischen Rentkammer den Empfang der Summe unter Verzicht auf alle weiteren Forderungen (expressa renunciatione exceptionis non numeratae pecuniae) im Namen seiner Vetter.
