Regest: Vor Bürgermeistern und Rat der Stadt Warendorf verkaufen die Eheleute Frantz und Grete Niehuiß den Provisoren der Lambertinger Armen, Luke Huge und Henrich Selhorst, eine jährlich auf Dreikönige fällige Rente von 1 Taler für 20 Taler aus ihrem Haus und Hof am Neuenhof in Warendorf zwischen dem Haus des David Recquin und einem Hof der Vikarie Allerheiligen. Von den 20 Talern kommen 10 Taler aus dem testamentarischen Vermächtnis des Thies Swolle, die Henrich Heßling abgelöst hat, 6 Taler aus dem Testament der verstorbenen Frau Koster thor Nienkercken (Küsterin der Neuen Kirche) und vier Taler sind vom Schulten tom Suithove abgelöst worden. Es bürgen: Johann van Alen mit seiner Frau und Meister Kerstien Didtmann mit seiner Frau. Ankündigung des Stadtsekretsiegels.
