Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Kaiser Ferdinand II. bekundet, dass er auf Bitten Landgraf Ludwigs V. von Hessen-Darmstadt nach Festlegung der Primogenitur in der Linie Hessen-Darmstadt dem gemäß dem von Kaiser Rudolf II. 1606 bestätigten Erbstatut nachfolgenden Sohn Georg [II.] oder sonstigen männlichen Deszendenten wie den Söhnen der Kurfürsten mit 18 Jahren die Volljährigkeit zugestanden hat, falls nicht in einem landgräflichen Testament für den Nachfolger etwas anderes verordnet wird
