Enthält: Vor dem Offizial, geistlichen Richter des Hofes zu Münster, erscheinen Meister Thonyes Smydt-Johan und seine Frau Catharina, wohnhaft zu Münster, und verkaufen an Joest Moderson und Heyne Peyckes, Provisoren der Speckpröven Ludgeri in Münster, eine erbliche jährliche Rente von 2½ Joachimstaler für 50 derselben Taler. Die Rente ist jährlich zahlbar auf Martini (November 11) aus ihrem Haus[1] in Münster im Kirchspiel St. Lamberti in der Nähe der Münze (nicht veer vann der munte) zwischen Häusern Johan Holtebuyr und Witwe † Hermen Husyng. Die Verkäufer sowie Johan Menneman geloben Bezahlung und Währschaft. Ablösevorbehalt für die Verkäufer am Fälligkeitstermin mit halbjähriger Vorankündigung. Siegelankündigung des Offizials.
