Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Propst [Hartung], Äbtissin [Hedwig] und der Konvent von Kapellendorf bekunden, dass sie den durch H., Leiter des Fuldaer Hospitals (infirmarium [!]), überbrachten Brief Heinrichs [von Weilnau], Abt von Fulda, erhalten haben. Sie sind sich mit ihrem Konvent einig, Fulda gehorsam zu sein und bei Einsetzung von Propst und Äbtissin den Rat des dortigen Konvents einzuholen. Sie bitten den Abt, sie aufgrund der Privilegien des Klosters Fulda vor der Gerichtsbarkeit des Erzbischofs von Mainz und den Bedrückungen des Adligen (nobilis) von Kirchberg zu bewahren, damit sie dieselben Freiheiten wie die übrigen Fulda unterworfenen Klöster genießen können.
