Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Johann (Hans) von Rode (Rota) bekundet, dass er eine im Folgenden inserierte Urkunde von Friedrich [von Romrod], Abt von Fulda, erhalten hat. Siegelankündigung. Inserierte Urkunde von 1384 August 3: Abt Friedrich bekundet, dass er dem Johann von (Rota) für dessen Schaden an Pferden und anderem in Höhe von 50 Gulden am folgenden Fest Kathedra Petri (uff sent Petirs tag den man tzue latin nennet ad kathedram der nest kummet) [1385 Februar 22] bezahlen will. Bei Zahlungsverzug verpfändet er ihm die zwei Wüstungen Ermbrechts und Appenwinden mit allem Zubehör. Die Wüstungen sind jährlich zwischen Weihnachten [Dezember 25] und Kathedra Petri [Februar 22] für 50 Goldgulden einzulösen. Siegelankündigung des Abtes.
