Enthält: u.a. 2.Testament des Richters Werner Hüning zu Telgte und seiner Ehefrau Margareta Justina Spengler. Die Eheleute wünschen wennmöglich in der Pfarrkirche zu Telgte beigesetzt zu werden. Es werden die Armen bedacht. Dem Pastor sind 100 Rt. ausgesetzt, wovon jährlich auf ihrem Sterbetag eine Memorie gehalten werden soll. Als Haupterbin setzen sie ihre Tochter Catharina Gertrud ein, die Ehefrau des Capitain-Leutnants von Schelver zu Vehoff, der schon aufgrund einer Vermögensteilung unter den Kindern das Gut Vehoff zugefallen ist. Doch wird sie das Gut erst nach dem Tode des letzten Erblassers erhalten. Die Erbin soll ihren Brüdern Ludwig Hermann und Gottfried du Mont Sainct Eloy je 250 Reichstaler auskehren. Ihrer eigenen Schwester resp. Schwägerin Catharina Hüning vermachen sie 50 Rt., dem Bruder Albert Hüning einen Reichstaler und einen Dukaten. Für die schreibunkundige Justina Spengler unterschreibt der Notar Johannes Langen. — Unterschrift des Testators Werner Hüning. Zeugen: Hunold Letmathe, Dirick Schwerbrock,Heinrich Langenesch, Antonius Milte, Bernhard Averfeldt, Jürgen Brockmann und Heinrich Roters.
