Enthält: Vor Conradt Hugo von Amelunxe, Administrator des Stifts Münster, Richter in Dülmen, verkaufen Albert Scholvingk und seine Frau Margareta Holtermann aus Dülmen dem Caspar von Schelich 6 silberne Reichstaler jährlicher Rente für 100 silberne Reichstaler Hauptsumme; die Verkäufer zahlen die Rente aus ihrem Haus und Hof "vp der Munster straten bynen Dulmen" zwischen Berndt Scholvings und Henrichen Leuters (?) Häusern (?), sowie aus vier Scheffelsaat Landes "buten Dulmen vnd den Papennkampe tuschen Jurgen Serries vnd Berndten Probstings lenderien", und aus zwei Scheffelsaat Landes "buten der Ludinckhuse porten achter den hagen, tuschen der erven seligen Adam Brinckmans und Berndt Scholvings vnderschedtliche lenderien", schließlich aus "allen eren andern erbtalige gereiden vnd vngereiden guttern" inner- oder außerhalb Dülmens.
