Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Der Teil der Burg Fürstenstein [Burg auf der Gemarkung Albungen, Stadt Eschwege, Werra-Meißner-Kr.], den der Vater des Landgrafen Heinrich von Hessen von Hans von Rusteberg und dessen Ehefrau eingelöst hatte und den der verstorbene Vater der 1437 Belehnten, Apel von Eschwege, vom Landgrafen pfandsweise innehatte. Der Teil liegt auf der rechten Seite der Burg, wenn man in die Burg hineingeht. Dieser Teil soll dem Landgrafen von Hessen offen stehen.
