Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Papst Clemens XII. bestätigt die Gründung der Universität Fulda durch Adolf von Dalberg, Abt von Fulda, nachdem bereits durch Abt Balthasar von Dernbach 1572 ein Jesuitenkolleg zur Durchführung der Rekatholisierung gegründet worden war, welches durch seine Vorgänger Urban VIII. und Gregor XIII. privilegiert wurde. Clemens XII. bestätigt weiter Studieninhalte und innere Organisation der Universität und stellt diese unter seinen Schutz. Ausstellungsort: Rom, St. Maria Maggiore. Pastoralis officii debitum.
Auf dem Einband des Libells mit Bleistift die Notiz 'Academiae Fuldensis confirmatio pontificia 1732'.
Der Libell wurde in der Bollatica-Schrift abgefasst und ist mit reichem floralen Dekor versehen.
Auf der letzten Seite der Urkunde zahlreiche Unterschriften päpstlicher Notare und Subskribenten.
