Regest: Vor dem Notar Jodokus Bornevelt bekennt Meister Johann Hoene von Lünen, Schmied und Bürger zu Telgte, dem Alten Armenhaus ad St. Antonium in Telgte 10 Rt. schuldig zu sein, die er von den Provisoren Heinrich Erpenbeck und Martin Oestendorp empfangen habe. Dafür will er l7 l/2 Schilling auf Sonntag Cantate (4.Sonntag nach Ostern) an Pension geben und sie zu diesem Termin über vier Jahre zurückzahlen. Er erklärt ferner, denselben Armen auch fünf schlechte Taler zu schulden, wovon er den Provisoren jährlich auf Michael (29. September) eine halbe Mark zahlen will. Als Pfand setzt er seinen vor Telgte vor dem Emstor auf dem Dümmer gelegenen Garten, dazu anderthalb Garten, auf dem Buddenhagen vor dem Steintor (steenpforten) gelegen, und schließlich auch Haus und Hof an der Emspforte innerhalb _Telgtes, zwischen den Häusern Bartold Surhoffs und Bernd Kosters liegend. Zeugen: Evert Boemhouwe und Johann zum Woeste.
