Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Ein Zehnt vor der Stadt Homberg [Homberg (Efze), Stadt, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.] vor dem Obertor am Wehrberg gelegen, genannt der Sauerburger Zehnt [Sauerburg, Hof auf der Gemarkung Mörshausen, Stadt Homberg (Efze), Stadt, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.], groß oder klein, mit all seinem Zubehör, seinen Rechten und Gerechtigkeiten als Mannlehen, wie ihn der verstorbene Georg von Falkenberg 1605 an Heinrich und Urban von Boyneburg, und dieser Urban ihn 1619 für 500 Taler an Georg Thorwirt als Erbe verkauft hat. Nach Georg Thorwirtss Tod wurde der Zehnt an dessen Schwiegersohn, den Apotheker Johann Stirn zu Homberg, gegeben, der ihn (bona fide), ohne von der Lehnsqualität etwas zu wissen, zu Erbe innegehabt hatte, und dann aus Gnade damit belehnt worden war.
