Enthält: Maria Wipperfürdt(s), Mutter des Klosters St. Ignatius in der Stolkgasse in Köln, erhebt stellvertretend für ihren Konvent Klage gegen Heinrich Eßer aus Langenich ("Launig") wegen Schulden aus einer Obligation über 100 Rtlr aus dem Jahr 1666 (30.11.), die Eßer von Jacob Wolff übernahm, und einer erneuten Kapitalaufnahme von 20 Rtlr im Jahr 1668 (10.3.). Zwar zahlte Eßer, auf eine Fristsetzung durch das Gericht im Januar 1680 hin, 9 Rtlr als Abschlag auf die Zinsen an den Anwalt des Klosters, Johannes Nideggen, mit der Maßgabe innerhalb von zwei Monaten den Rest aufzubringen. Doch blieb diese Zahlung aus. Daher sprach das Gericht den Klägerinnen die Unterpfänder zu und lud Heinrich Eßer auf Anfang April 1681 vor, die Einweisung der Gläubiger in die Ländereien ("Immission") formal entgegenzunehmen. Der Beklagte gehorchte nicht, so dass im Oktober 1681 die Güter zur Versteigerung ausgeschrieben wurden. Die Taxierung erfolgte offensichtlich erst im Juni 1682. Weiteres ist nicht überliefert.

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number.
