Fallbeschreibung: Kl. möchte aus dem Amt ausscheiden, seiner Tätigkeit aber weiterhin nachgehen. Er bietet an, alle Beschlüsse des Amtes mitzutragen, möchte aber nicht mehr an den zeitraubenden Sitzungen teilnehmen. Dies wird ihm vom Gewett verboten, weshalb er an das Ratsgericht appelliert, das den Gewettsspruch bestätigt. Das Tribunal lehnt die Appellation am 29.04. ab und bestätigt seine Entscheidung nach neuerlicher Bitte des Kl.s vom 20.07. am 23.07.1740.
