Enthält: Hanß Adam Grahts, Gerichtsbote, an den Schultheißen: Aus beiliegender Abrechnung (fehlt) des Patrons Pingelß zu Bottenbroich ist zu sehen, daß seinem † Vater seit 1677 noch 8 Reichstaler 8 Albus ausstehen. Für eigene Arbeiten an der Kirche des Klosters Bottenbroich schuldet man ihm ebenfalls noch Gelder, zusammen 37 Gulden 15 Albus, die er bisher nicht erhalten hat, weil der Prior des Klosters die Zahlung verweigerte. Bittet, für ihn die Mühlenpacht des Klosters zu Mödrath zu verpfänden, weil in der Bibel steht, daß dem Werkmann das Seine "von einem Sonnen auff- und niedergangh nit zu endthalten seye".
