Enthält: Tauschvertrag; Maria Magdalena Harpprecht, Witwe, nimmt mit Beistand ihres Kurators Christian Friedrich Schickhardt, Lic. iur. utr. und Syndikus der Reichsritterschaft des Kantons Neckar-Schwarzwald mit Johann Heinrich Tafel, Rat und Sekretarius der Reicbsritterscbaft des Kantons Neckar-Schwarzwald folgenden Tausch vor: Maria Magdalena Harpprecht gibt an Tafel ihr bei Adam Heinrich Keller von Schleitheim, Frhr. von und zu Isenburg etc. kaiserlicher Rat und Kammerherr, oberösterr. Regimentsrat und Direktor der Reichsritterschaft in Schwaben, Kanton Neckar-Schwarzwald, stehendes Kapital von 2 000 fl samt rückständigen Zinsen von 150 fl mit dem aus Scbmuck und Silber bestebenden Faustpfand. Dagegen gibt Johann Heinrich Tafel an Frau Harpprecht:; 1. einen Baum-, gras- und Küchengarten beim sog. Langen Steg "zwischen Prof. [Christian] Hagmajer und [Elard Konrad] Reincking, Buchführer, einerseits und andererseits [Mag. Johann] Färber Präzeptor, und [Theodor] Schiller Stadtmusikus, gelegen, oben an die Straße, unten an das gemeine Gäßlein stoßend" im Wert von 375 fl und zwei Spezies Dukaten 8 fl 20 x; 2. ein Kapital bei Stadt und Amt Urach von 1 500 fl samt 9 fl 22 x 3 h Zins; 3. ein Kapital von 400 fl samt 1 fl 40 x Zins seit 1708 bei der württ. Landschaft stehend, also zusammen 2 286 fl 2 x 3 h. Den überstehenden Rest von 136 fl 2 x 3 h hat die Witwe Harpprecht bis Michaelis 1719 zu bezahlen. Dafür steht Lic. Tafel die Nutzung des Gartens während des Sommers 1719 zu. Die Unkosten des Vertrags tragen beide Teile zur Hälfte Zeugen: Prof. Philipp Ludwig Brenner, Lic. [N.] Harpprecht, Lic. iur. utr.

BZK no.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
