Enthält: Die Eheleute Reinertz verbürgen sich, der Jungfer Eva Catharina Meyers, die vier Morgen Land zu Niederkassel/ Amt Linn aus dem Besitz des Schwagers bzw. Bruders der Eheleute Peter Dubbers am 13. März diesen Jahres für 192 Reichstaler ersteigert hat, für die Überlassung des Landes 110 Reichstaler binnen Jahresfrist zu entrichten. Zeugen: Johann Henrich, Joseph Reinartz, Düsseldorf, im Ursulinerkloster, 26.07.1736 Darunter: Johann Reinartz vermerkt die Abtragung von 10 Reichstalern, Dezember 1736 und die Aufnahme eines Kapitals von 25 Reichstalern, zu 4 % verzinst, vom Kloster St. Ursula zu Düsseldorf, 22.06.1738. Die Priorin des Klosters, Mater Carolina Ursulina von der Rhur, bekundet die Ablösung der og. 25 Reichstaler und überträgt die Schuldverschreibung über die restlichen 100 Reichstaler Herrn Lenders, Bürgermeister der Stadt Neersen. Mit Siegel des Klosters, Düsseldorf, 09.09.1764 Lenders bescheinigt den Empfang des ihm von Michael Reinartz zu Niederkassel geschuldeten Kapitals durch Arnold Burger zu Willich. 02.01.1767 (Inventarisiert im Auftrag von Esther Borger durch einen Notar am 04.07.1807)
