Belastet ist die Behausung mit jährlich 1 ½ Gg. an die Kalkarer Vikare, mit 1 Pfund Wachs und 6 Pfund Unschlitt (Ungel) für Kerzen an die Mutterkirche, mit 1 Gg. an die St. –Anthonij-Gilde sowie mit 1 Hornschen G. an die Kirche zu Alt-Kalkar (Alden Calcar), welche Belastungen Thonnis Diemer übernimmt, sonst aber ist sie freieigenes Erbe. Die Erben Dreeck leisten Verzicht gegenüber Hendrich Eickers bzw. Thonniß. Siegler: die Schöffen mit ihrem Schöffensiegel. Rein. Lengell, Secretarius.
