Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Die ehemals von dem verstorbenen Lambrecht zu Melsungen heimgefallenen Güter, nämlich: 1.) ein Garten in der Altstadt [zu Melsungen, Stadt, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.] (Aldenstat), gelegen zwischen [den Gärten der] (Loner) und (Henne Ering); 2.) ein Garten jenseits der Fulda vor Melsungen auf dem (Hogeweche), gelegen zwischen [den Gärten der] Heinrich Bubenheim (Bubenhain) und der Witwe des (Kiepe), mit allem Zubehör, als Mannlehen. Die Belehnung erfolgt unbeschadet etwaiger Rechte der Schwestern des Belehnten, welche Rechte nicht festgestellt werden können, da die alten Lehnsbriefe verlegt sind.
