(Groningen) Vor Bürgermeister und Rat der Stadt Groningen bekennt Reiner Ga(e)rmen(s), Bürgermeister der Stadt Groningen, daß er dem Pater Johan Crampen und sämtlichen Konventualen des Konvents des Sprinckborne in der Stadt Münster eine jährliche Rente von 20 GG. verkauft hat aus seinem Land, gelegen tho Suytwolde, das z. Z. Peter Coertz bewohnt, ein Stück Land "inde Boemen" gnt. in der Hand Claeß Scherfferes, und Land gelegen zu Eterhusen (?) im Gedumer Kspl. "Bente heert" gnt., das Neynek (?) Wegers bewohnt. Gegeben 1549 Oktober 2, als Elt tho Lellers, Reiner Garmens, Albart Garyl (?) und Bartoldt Conrades Bürgemeister der Stadt Groningen waren. darunter: 4 Oktober 1594 bestätigt Johannes Krampen, Peter im Fraterhaus zu Münster gnt. Sprinckborn o. g. Renteverschreibung. darunter: 4 Oktober 1638 Sekretär und Notar Henricus Hollandt bestätigt, daß vor ihm und den Zeugen Johannes Gassel, Kanoniker, Henrich Gyse, Johannes Bödding, Notar, und Johannes Henricus Brüning, Schreiber, Wilbrandus Weischer, Pater im Fraterhaus, dem Rotger Molman, Einwohner zu Münster, und zu einer Reise nach Amsterdam bestellter Bote, o. g. Rentverschreibung in einer Dose überreicht hat für Adolf Forckenbeck in Amsterdam, mit einer Nachricht für Johan Jacobc gnt. Gerlefs zu Gröningen. Unterschrift des Notars.
