Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Alzey: Konrad der Puller und Heinrich v. Sachsenhausen, herzoglich-bayrischer Statthalter, bekunden, dass sie auf Intervention von König Rudolf und von Herzog Ludwig von Bayern den Streit zwischen Luggart v. Bolanden und der Stadt Alzey beigelegt haben, derart, dass die Stadt der Luggart v. Bolanden 200 hallische Pfunde in zwei Teilsummen (je zur Hälfte am 11. November 1283 und am 6. Januar 1284) zu zahlen hat, wovon die letztgenannte 20 Pfund an Herzog Ludwig abzuführen hat, der seinerseits übernimmt, Luggart und ihre Erben als rechtmäßige Burgmannen zu Alzey zu schirmen. Beide Parteien machen Bürgen namhaft, im Falle der Stadt mit dem Hinweis auf ein mögliches Einlager, im Falle der Luggart mit der Erfordernis schriftlicher Verpflichtung ihrer Bürgen. Die durch den Zwist entstandenen Schäden werden gegeneinander aufgehoben bis auf einen zwischen den beiden Schiedsmännern abgesprochenen Fall. Über die Beilegung des Streites werden zwei Urkunden angefertigt

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person.
