Enthält: Die Urgroßmutter des Klägers war eine Frau zu Crassenstein. Die Ansprüche aus deren Nachlass sind dem Kläger von seinem Vater Heinrich Fritz von Zerssen übertragen. Der Kläger verlangt von dem Beklagten die Herausgabe der "Briefschaften und Nachrichten", soweit sie sich auf seine Ansprüche beziehen, um diese geltend machen und seine Forderungen einziehen zu können.
