Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Gau-Algesheim: Hertwin Nacht, Bürger in Gau-Algesheim und Ketter, seine Frau, Peter Gyse, Peter Decker, Henne Wilde, Henne Partinheimer der Junge, Henne und Wykenant Huffnele, alle Bürger in Gau-Algesheim, bekunden, dass Abt Johan von Monzernheim und der Konvent von St. Jakobsberg bei Mainz ihnen 1/2 Fuder Weingülte, die sie deren Präsenz schuldig waren, erleichtert haben auf zwei Ohm fränkischen Wein, Gülte, fällig im Herbst nach Mainz. Die alten Unterpfänder werden aufgezählt. Etwaige andere Zinsen wollen die Aussteller schadlos abtun. Für den Weinzins soll das Kloser ein Fass nach Frei-Weinheim schicken, das die Aussteller dort holen, füllen und nach Mainz liefern sollen. Geschehen und aufgetragen mit Hand und Halm vor Schultheiß und Schöffen (Henne Cauwelsheimer Unterschultheiß, Junker Heinrich von Bubenheim, Junker Heinrich Wolff von Wallertheim, Henne Knauff, Peder Gyse, Henne Knecht, Henne Flesz, Henne Ingelnheimer und Peder Hoffeman) in Gau-Algesheim, wie es dort Gewohnheit ist.
