Regest: Die Brüder Johann und Daniel Helbling, beide Bürger zu Reitlingen, bekennen für sich und ihre Erben, daß sie von Hannes Weiß, Bürger und Küfer allhie, eine Schuld von 100 Gulden gegen käufliche Überlassung von 3 1/2 Vierteln Weingartens im Betzenrieth übernommen haben. Weiß ist auf seiner hiebevor eingetauschten Behausung im Vochenzengäßle über bereits bezahlte Jahrzieler hinaus den Armenpflegern, Bürgermeister Franz Helbling und Stefan Grieninger des Rats, noch 100 Gulden, die auf Georgii 1664, 1665, 1666 und 1667 mit je 25 Gulden abzustatten sind, schuldig geblieben. Damit gedachter Weiß seine eingetauschte Wohnung desto eher losmachen und der Tausch- und Kerfbrief ihm zurückgegeben werden kann, haben die Brüder Helbling die restierenden 100 fl Zieler zu bezahlen übernommen bei pfandhafter Verbindung der gekauften 3 1/2 Viertel Weingarts im Betzenrieht. Im Fall saumseliger Bezahlung können sich die Pfleger darauf erholen (= schadlos halten).
