Regest: Matthias Kox, Notar, bescheinigt namens der Süchtelner Schöffen, daß Fleck und Kirchspiel Süchteln zur Bezahlung der durch Einquartierung und Unterhaltung des kaiserlichen Kriegsvolks entstandenen Kosten von den Eheleuten Peter Kleinarretz und Anna Fischers 200 Reichstaler geliehen haben, welche Anna Fischers aus dem Verkauf ihres Hauses gebühren. Die Schöffen bürgen mit ihren und der Gemeinde Güter; sie verpflichten sich, jährlich auf Andreastag 5 Reichstaler Zinsen zu zahlen und das Kapital nach voraufgegangener vierteljährlicher Kündigung zu erstatten. Bescheinigung von 1684 Apr 10: Henrich Leuten, Jakob Wiehmeß und Peter Butschen bescheinigen, an Peter Fietgeß, den Bevollmächtigten des Bürgermeisters Henrich de Groot zu Köln, Inhaber der Schuldverschreibung, die Summe von 200 Reichstalern im Auftrag der Gemeinde zurückgezahlt zu haben. Für de Groot unterschreibt sein Mandatar Henrich to Geretz.
