Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Reinhard [von Weilnau], Abt von Fulda, bekundet, dass der verstorbene Georg (Jörg) von Buchenau, Vater des Neidhard (Nithard) von Buchenau, vor Zeiten dem Kloster Fulda seinen Hof in Soisdorf (Sostorff), den derzeit Heinrich Weiner bewirtschaftet, für 80 Gulden auf Wiederkauf verkauft hat. Von dem Hof wurde dem Frühmesser (der fruemesse) in Geisa einst ein jährlicher Zins von 20 Gulden, später aber von 21 Gulden gezahlt. Die Belastung des Hofs soll nicht erhöht werden. Eine Ablösung der Rente durch Neidhard muss dem Frühmesser und dem Bürgermeister von Geisa einen Monat vor dem Fest des heiligen Andreas [November 30] mündlich, schriftlich oder durch Boten angekündigt werden.
