Katzenelnbogen im Hinblick auf die dem Reiche und insbesondere König Rudolf geleisteten und von ihm noch zu erwartenden Dienste für seine Stadt (opidum) Stadecken und deren Bürger, die dort, abgesehen von der Zeit der Ernte und Weinlese, ständig anwesend sind, alle Freiheiten, Rechte und Gnaden der Stadt und Bürger zu Oppenheim. Er verleiht der Stadt ferner einen Wochenmarkt auf jeden Dienstag und unterstellt dessen Besucher mit ihren Waren einschließlich des Hin- und Rückweges dem Schutze der Marktfreiheit
