Regest: Testament des Everhardt zu der Welp. Er vermacht den Armen auf dem Felde 2 Reichstaler, der Alten Kirche 1 Taler. Alle seine Güter erhält Anna Leve, Tochter des verstorbenen Berndt Leve, die er bei Wiedererlangung der Gesundheit heiraten will. An Schulden hinterläßt er 20 Taler bei Waltermann zu Beelen mit 3 Scheffel Roggen als Zinsen, bei Borchert thon Astarp 17 1/2 Taler. Ihm schulden die Harmannsche 20 Reichstaler, Hermann Krullmann zu Beelen 10 Reichstaler, die mit 3 Scheffel Roggen verzinst werden, Dieckemper zu Beelen 3 Reichtaler und 9 Schillinge, Northuiß zu Beelen 1 Dükentaler, 1 alter Taler und 4 Schillinge und 3 Scheffel Hafer, Johann Brinkmann zu Beelen 2 1/2 Taler, Evert thor Westarp zu Lette 15 Taler, der Ziegelmeister zu Clarholz 7 Taler, Hulßmann zu Beelen 5 Scheffel Roggen, die Hairmannsche zu Beelen 5 Scheffel Roggen, die Schemannsche zu Westkirchen 2 Taler und 3 Scheffel Weizen. Die Anna Leve soll den 4 Kindern des verstorbenen Schulmanns zu Westkirchen je 5 Reichstaler geben. Dem Luke zu Kulvoen in Westkirchen erläßt er im Falle seines Todes die ihm geschuldeten 3 1/2 Taler. Dem Ratsherrn Johann Ostendorff und dem Notar gibt er je 1 Reichstaler. Zeugen: Johann Plugge, Jurgen Leve, Werner Stockfisch, Gerhardt Otte, Hermann Kerkmann und Johann von Nochlem und Johann Ostendorff als Testamentsvollstrecker.
