Regest: Friedrich Keyssil, Priester, verlehnt mit Zustimmung des Dechanten und des Kapitels zu Senthe Gowere für 4 Mark jährlich zu Weihnachten an Werner Reysingere erblich einen zum St. Johannes-Baptista-Altar und dem Kärner (kerintettere - Beinhaus) zu Sentte Gowere, die er selbst gestiftet hat, gehörenden Weingarten; der Weingarten gehörte vordem Konrad Bickinbechers und liegt in der Padinsbergir (Patersberg) Gemarkung an dem Mittilpade; die Erbpächter können vor St. Johann-Bapt.-Tag zwei Mark mit 24 Mark zurückkaufen, die beiden anderen Mark sollen auf dem Weingarten erblich liegenbleiben zu Gunsten der Vikare des vorgenannten Altares; als Unterpfand setzt Werner einen Weingarten auf dem Holenberge bei Johann Huonischsone; wenn die zwei Mark zurückgekauft sind, so soll der Teil des Weingartens ledig sein, der von einer Frau Else zugekommen ist, der andere Teil, der von meiner Mutter herkommt, soll für die beiden andern Mark liegen bleiben. Alle dyse vorgeschriebenen ding werden irzalt an deme gerichte tzuo Husin (St. Goarshausen), duo eyn gemeyne ding waz, da des neystden mantagis nach sencte Johannis dag Baptisten.
