Regest: Johann Georg, Herzog zu Sachsen, Jülich, Kleve und Berg, des heiligen römischen Reichs Erzmarschall und Kurfürst, Landgraf in Dyringen etc. belehnt Georg Ernst Mossbach, Doktor beider Rechte zu Leipzig, und seine männlichen Erben mit dem in der dolizschen Pflege gelegenen Sitz zu Gunteriz mit Ackern, Wiesen, Garten, Wonnen, Weiden, Puschen… Es folgt eine Aufzählung der Personen, die Zinsen geben. Wenn Georg Ernst Mossbach ohne Erben sterbe, sollte das Gut an den Obristen Leutnant Wolfgang Weier und seine männlichen Erben als Lehen übergeben werden. Zeugen Wolff von Lüttichau zu Kmelen, Kanzler. Gottfried Bernhardt von Ende. Friedrich Wezsch zu Reichenbach und Chrisen, Christian von Loss zum Borthen, Johann Hass, Doktor der Rechte.
