Enthält: Vor den Bürgermeistern der Stadt Dülmen, Johan H. Kordinck und Johan Rageman, verkauft Anna Brincks genannt Thiresche, Witwe des Johan Thir, an Jungfer Elisabeth Bucks, Tochter des verstorbenen Bernhardt Buck und der Elisabeth Serries gen. Buckesche, Eheleute aus Münster, eine Rente von 6 silbernen Reichstalern jährlich für 100 silberne Reichstaler Kapital, "als sulches von burgermeisteren vnnd rhaetspheffen [?] hieselbst vur diesen auß vnseren eigenthumblich zugehoriges erb vnnd guet, Valtman [?] genant, ihm kerspell Dulmen vnnd Dernekemper baurschafft belegen", bezahlt (?). Erwähnung der Original-Rentverschreibung vom 7. Januar 1619 vor den Bürgermeistern der Stadt Dülmen Johan Hulsow (?) und Johan H. Kordinck. Als Unterpfand gibt die Käuferin (?) Haus und Hof in Dülmen zwischen "Henrichen Kulemans vnnd des capittels hause belegen" sowie alle ihre anderen Güter inner- und außerhalb Dülmens. Zeugen: Notar Arnoldus Werddens und Bernhardt Havestat(s), Bürger aus Dülmen.
