Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: 1.) Die Burg Ziegenberg [Burg auf der Gemarkung Ziegenhagen, Stadt Witzenhausen, Werra-Meißner-Kr.] mit allem Zubehör, insbesondere dem Vorwerk zu Ermschwerd [Stadtteil von Witzenhausen, Werra-Meißner-Kr.], das ehemals Konrad Fußheinz innehatte, wie diese Lehen der verstorbene Georg von Buttlar der Ältere und seine Söhne Georg und Oswald besessen hatten; 2.) das Patronat der Pfarrei zu Ermschwerd; 3.) das Vorwerk zu Stiedenrode [Dorf auf der Gemarkung Ermschwerd, Stadt Witzenhausen, Werra-Meißner-Kr.], mit dem die von Buttlar seit einem Vertrag vom 25. Januar 1539 nach Abtretung des von buttlarischen Dorfes (Düringsdorff) vom Landgrafen von Hessen als Mannlehen belehnt werden. Sollten die von Buttlar im Mannesstamm aussterben, sollen den Töchtern beim Heimfall der Burg 1.900 Gulden zurückgezahlt werden, für die die Burg den von Buttlar ehemals verpfändet worden war; für (Düringsdorff) sollen die Töchter 300 Gulden erhalten.
